Art. 166. El que ejecute algún hecho con el fin manifiesto de examinar la papeleta de otro, contra la voluntad de éste, y de violar el derecho de sufragio, empleando para ello la fuerza ó el fraude, algún artificio o engaño, será penado con una multa de diez a cincuenta pesos y pérdida de los derechos de ciudadanía por dos a cuatro años.
