Envío de lista de elegibles en firme. En firme la lista de elegibles la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil enviará copia al jefe de la entidad para la cual se realizó el concurso, para que dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes al envío de la lista de elegibles y en estricto orden de mérito se produzca el nombramiento en período de prueba en el empleo objeto del concurso, el cual no podrá ser provisto bajo ninguna otra modalidad, una vez recibida la lista de elegibles.
