El Instituto Nacional de Cancerología contará con los siguientes órganos de asesoría y coordinación: la Comisión de Personal, el Comité Institucional de Gestión y Desempeño, el Comité Institucional de Coordinación de Control Interno y demás órganos de asesoría y coordinación, que se organicen e integren los cuales cumplirán sus funciones de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias sobre la materia.
