El Poder Ejecutivo podrá, en los casos que lo crea conveniente, dar al Jefe de la Oficina de Información y Propaganda el nombramiento de adjunto comercial de la respectiva Legación, y a ese efecto quedara como Asesor técnico comercial del Jefe de esta. El adjunto comercial no podrá proceder en tal carácter sin la autorización del Ministro Diplomático respectivo.
