Destínase la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100,000.00) del Presupuesto de la actual vigencia como auxilió para los damnificados pobres con el -temblor del día 4 de febrero de. 1938. Dicha suma se distribuirá así: sesenta mil pesos-($ 60,000.00) para los damnificados de Antioquia y cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40,000.00) para los dé Caldas, con exclusión.de los Municipios de Aguadas, Salento y Riosucio, favorecidos ya por ley especial del presente año.
