Modifícase el literal e) del artículo 10 de la Ley 117 de 1985 así:
"Las primas que pagarán obligatoriamente las entidades financieras inscritas no podrán pasar de una suma equivalente al 0.3% anual del monto de sus pasivos para con el público".
