Art. 7.° Son funciones de las Juntas corresponsales de inmigracion: 1.ª Dar los informes que les pidan las de los puertos de mar; 2.ª Proteger a los inmigrantes destinados de recursos que lleguen al lugar de la residencia de la Junta; 3.ª Promover con los hacendados i empresarios de industria la solicitud de inmigrantes del estranjero, especialmente prácticos en las producciones principales del pais.
