Formalización de privación de libertad y medidas de aseguramiento del inimputable. Dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la formalización de la captura, el funcionario enviará al Director del establecimiento o a quien haga sus veces, oficio en el que se comunique la fecha de la captura, el nombre del delito y la fecha del auto que decrete la medida. En la misma forma se procederá cuando se trate de inimputable. En caso contrario se le pondrá en libertad bajo la responsabilidad del funcionario renuente. Este término se duplicará cuando hubiere más de dos capturados en el mismo proceso y la aprehensión se hubiere realizado en la misma fecha.
