°. Estos empleados se posesionarán y entrarán en funciones en la fecha que se señale por decreto especial del Gobierno, cuando sus servicios sean precisos para iniciar los trabajos sobre el terreno. En tal decreto se señalará la fecha de partida desde la cual empezarán a devengar el sueldo correspondiente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
