Para cumplir con lo establecido en el artículo 2.2.1.2.3.3. del presente Decreto, adóptese la metodología y recomendaciones de "Articulación para la Competitividad (ArCo)", o las metodologías o instrumentos que hagan sus veces, como herramientas para optimizar la oferta institucional que recoge las intervenciones de política orientadas al emprendimiento y desarrollo empresarial desarrolladas por las entidades de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional.
