La partida de que trata el artículo anterior será incluida en la Ley de Presupuesto de las vigencias de 1960 y 1961, en cuotas de setecientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 750.000.00), y en caso de que así no se haga, queda facultado el Gobierno para hacer las traslaciones a que diere lugar el cumplimiento de la presente Ley.
