Las empresas industriales, de comercio y las personas naturales y jurídicas establecidas o que se establezcan en el país y que tengan a su servicio representantes, vendedores o agentes viajeros encargados de la distribución o la venta de productos o artículos nacionales, quedan obligadas a informar al Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias sobre los puntos a que se refiere el Artículo 2º del Decreto número 2332 de 1947.
