Sesión de instalación de los miembros de la instancia de decisión. La sesión de instalación se llevará a cabo a más tardar el primer día hábil del mes de abril de cada año, sin perjuicio del periodo para el cual son elegidos sus miembros. En esta sesión sólo se realizará la elección del presidente. Así mismo, se pondrá en conocimiento de los integrantes el reglamento para el funcionamiento de la instancia de decisión.
