Declarar Como Monumento Nacional El Templo Parroquial De San Sebastián De Tenerife Localizado En El Municipio De Tenerife, Magdalena, Y De Su Colección De Bienes Muebles De Acuerdo Con El Inventario Elaborado Por El Centro Nacional De Restauración Del Instituto Colombiano De Cultura

°. Declarar como Monumento Nacional el Templo Parroquial de San Sebastián de Tenerife localizado en el municipio de Tenerife, Magdalena, y de su colección de bienes muebles de acuerdo con el inventario elaborado por el Centro Nacional de Restauración del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura.

Parágrafo

La colección de bienes muebles, que según el mencionado inventario, se encuentra en el Templo de Tenerife, no podrá ser removida de allí, ni trasladados los objetos individualmente considerados sin la previa autorización del Consejo de Monumentos Nacionales.
