ARTÍCULO NUEVO PARA DESPUÉS DEL 140.
El Fiscal del Consejo de Estado será nombrado en la forma indicada en el inciso 2º del artículo anterior. Para desempeñar este cargo se requieren las mismas condiciones exigidas a los Consejeros de Estado, y su período será de cuatro años.
En los Tribunales Administrativos la Fiscalía será desempeñada conforme a las reglas que establezca la ley.
