Artículo tercero. Tanto para los establecimientos de Bogotá, como para los de fuera de la ciudad capital, el pago se hará tan pronto como los respectivos planteles remitan al Ministerio de Educación Nacional la relación de los alumnos becados, número de la resolución de adjudicación, fecha y número de la matrícula y constancia de asistencia. Comuníquese y publíquese.
