° Para la fijación de las clases de tabaco destinado a la exportación, el Ministerio de Economía Nacional designará comisiones técnicas clasificadoras, por Departamentos exportadores de la hoja, a medida que las necesidades lo vayan aconsejando. Tales comisiones estarán integradas por un agrónomo, un experto industrial y un tercer miembro, que se nombrará de una terna presentada por los exportadores de la respectiva región.
