ARTICULO 56. El servicio de transporte público colectivo municipal de pasajeros y mixto se puede prestar únicamente con vehículos que se encuentren debidamente homologados ante el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito. Las empresas de transporte podrán especializar sus servicios en uno o más tipos de vehículo.
