Derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias en especial el Decreto 838 de 1992, el Decreto 1370 de 2007, Decreto 4681 de 2008; las Resoluciones 0037 de 1997 de la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte, 005748 de 2007, 000676 del 26 de febrero de 2009, expedidas por el Ministerio de Transporte.
