El Presente Convenio será ratificado de conformidad con las normas constitucionales de cada una de las Partes Contratantes; el canje de ratificaciones se efectuará en la ciudad de Caracas lo más pronto posible y entrará en vigencia inmediatamente después de dicho canje.
