Los Alcaldes enviaran mensualmente a la respectiva Gobernación, para que sean remitidos por esta a la Junta Nacional de Protección a la infancia, los datos estadísticos de los Municipios sobre natalidad y sobre mortalidad infantil, con expresión de la legitimidad o ilegitimidad de los niños.
