Autorízase al Gobierno para destinar las siguientes sumas: la cantidad de trescientos millones de pesos ($300.000.000) durante la vigencia fiscal de 1987 y la suma de doscientos millones ($200.000.000) durante la vigencia fiscal de 1988. Estas sumas podrán girarse a la Corporación Pro Desarrollo de la Facultad Nacional de Minas "Prodeminas".
