° Las apelaciones y las consultas de los autos que dicten los expresados Jueces Fiscales, se surtirán ante la Corte Suprema, en Sala de Negocios Generales, o ante los Tribunales Superiores, según que a ella o a estos corresponda la jurisdicción del negocio por la vía ordinaria, en única o en primera instancia. Del incidente de excepciones y de las tercerías en los juicios ejecutivos que sigan dichos Jueces, conocerán también en la Corte o los Tribunales Superiores, según la respectiva jurisdicción.
