Art. 3.º La partida necesaria para dar cumplimiento á esta Ley se pagará por el Ministerio de Guerra, y se tomará de la de cuatrocientos mil pesos ($ 400.000 ) que se votó por la Ley 8ª. del presente año, como crédito adicional para material del Ejército.
