Los operadores radioaficionados cuya licencia se encuentre vigente al momento de la entrada en vigor este Decreto, deberán dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones aquí establecidas y al pago por concepto de la prestación del servicio a que se refiere el artículo 43 de esta disposición.
