Objeto del Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública. El Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública tiene por objeto de acuerdo a las orientaciones del Presidente de la República, formular la política de Administración Pública en materia de organización administrativa de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público y de los niveles administrativos y entidades que la conforman, en las diferentes áreas de la gestión pública y en materia de administración del recurso humano al servicio del Estado en la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público.
