En cualquier tiempo podrá el interesado impugnar las pruebas en que se fundó la negativa a la expedición de la cédula, o la cancelación de la misma, para obtener nuevamente tal documento. Esta solicitud deberá resolverse dentro de los 60 días siguientes a su formulación.
