El contrato de arrendamiento a que se refiere el artículo anterior se condicionará, so pena de declaratoria de caducidad al cumplimiento de las obligaciones del arrendatario como usuario-operador de la zona, sin perjuicio de las demás condiciones que se estipulen en el contrato o de aquellas previstas en la ley.
