Pueden verificarse en el año hasta seis (6) rifas de las autorizadas en el artículo 1o de la Ley 58 de 1945, y su beneficio se extiende a trabajadores de todo orden, bastando que la urbanización cuente con la aprobación de la Secretaría de Obras Públicas de cada Municipio.
