En todas las entidades reguladas por la Ley 443 de 1998 deberá existir una Comisión de Personal conformada por dos (2) representantes del jefe de la entidad y un (1) representante de los empleados. En igual forma se integrarán Comisiones de Personal en las dependencias regionales o seccionales, cuando se haya delegado en sus respectivos jefes la realización total o parcial de los procesos de selección, caso en el cual corresponde a éste designar a sus representantes.
