Las naves y. artefactos navales que se inscriban en el registro colombiano, por primera vez, podrán obtener una matrícula provisional mientras se completan los requisitos para que sea expedida la matrícula definitiva, dependiendo de la solicitud del interesado y del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la presente ley.
