Los propietarios de las zonas de terreno beneficiadas por las obras de irrigación de que trata el artículo 1°, deberán reembolsar el costo neto de tales obras, entendido por costo neto el costo total menos el valor de los auxilios decretados por la Ley 84 de 1958 y por la presente Ley.
