Expedición de reglamentos, parámetros, lineamientos o cupos. Para las actividades, actuaciones administrativas y demás trámites o permisos que requieran reglamentos, parámetros, lineamientos o cupos que de manera general deba expedir o fijar el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, se continuarán aplicando las normas vigentes que regulan estas materias, mientras se adelantan los estudios que permitan establecerlos y se expidan las reglamentaciones respectivas.

Las entidades que vienen conociendo tales asuntos, deberán enviar la información que permita adoptar las correspondientes disposiciones.
