Los Departamentos, Intendencias y Municipios a que se refiere el artículo 22, que no tengan organizadas instituciones de previsión social similares a la que por esta ley se establece, deberán crearlas dentro de los seis meses siguientes a la promulgación de la presente ley, observando en lo pertinente las disposiciones de ella.
