Una vez efectuado este estudio, el Gobierno procederá a construír los campos aéreos adecuados a aviones de gran capacidad, y a las bodegas e instalaciones necesarias para el recibo y despacho de carga, así como también al acondicionamiento de los respectivos puertos marítimos.
