º. Para los efectos de esta Ley se considerarán Fondos Ganaderos las sociedades organizadas o que se organicen con participaciones del Estado o de los Departamentos, Municipios o Territorios Nacionales para fomentar y mejorar la industria ganadera. Para tener derecho a los beneficios que otorga la presente Ley, los Fondos Ganaderos deberán estar constituidos como sociedades anónimas, sujetas a la supervigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria; y ajustar sus estatutos y funcionamiento a las normas prescritas por los artículos siguientes.
