Límite de Remuneración . Ningún empleado público de los que trata el artículo primero del presente decreto, podrá percibir una asignación básica mensual superior a los límites máximos establecidos por el Gobierno nacional. Igualmente, ningún empleado público de los señalados en el campo de aplicación del presente decreto, podrá devengar una remuneración total mensual superior a la que corresponde por todo concepto al Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, D. C.
