Adiciónese Un Parágrafo 3° Al Artículo 2

Decreto 1142 de 2016 · por el cual se modifican algunas disposiciones contenidas en el Capítulo 11 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1069 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Justicia y del Derecho, y se adoptan otras disposiciones.

Adiciónese un

Parágrafo 3

al artículo 2.2.1.11.4.2.2., del Decreto 1069 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.2.1.11.4.2.2. Atención intramural. (...)

Parágrafo 3

°. La supervisión y el seguimiento a la prestación de los servicios de salud en la modalidad intramural será contratada con cargo a los recursos del Fondo, sin perjuicio del apoyo a la supervisión que preste el Inpec, quien deberá certificar la efectiva realización de las labores intramurales por parte del personal de salud, en las condiciones que le sean solicitadas”.
