El Banco Popular pagará la suscripción de los títulos de fomento agropecuario clase "A" que le corresponde dé acuerdo con el monto de las colocaciones a 30 de julio de 1973, en 24 cuotas mensuales iguales, o en un menor número de cuotas, si así lo decide. Cualquier aumento en las colocaciones que ocurra a partir del 1 de agosto de 1973 dará lugar a la suscripción de títulos en la forma prevista en el artículo 10 de este Decreto.
