° Las compras por cuantía de mil pesos (S 1,000) o más, se harán por contratos o pedidos del Ministerio de Guerra, que sólo requieren la aprobación del Presidente de la República, mediante la reserva que sobre los proyectos de contratos o pedidos haga la Contraloría General de la República.
