Facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para reglamentar el funcionamiento de las plazas de ferias, en lo referente a instalaciones que deban tener, servicios que deban prestar tarifas por servicios de corrales, embarcaderos, pesajes, etc. y fechas en que deban celebrarse las diferentes ferias.
