Las exportaciones de banano fresco que se clasifican bajo las subpartidas arancelarias 08.03.00.12.00 (tipo cavendish valery), 08.03.00.19.10 (banano bocadillo musa acuminata) y 08.03.00.19.90 (los demás), cuyo destino sea uno de los Estados miembros de la Unión Europea, y hasta concurrencia de un cupo total de ciento setenta y seis mil ciento setenta y nueve toneladas métricas y quinientos kilos (176.179,5 TM.), para el período que comprende los meses de abril a julio del año dos mil uno (2001), se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en los siguientes artículos.
