Art. 195. Si después de señaladas varias penas a una falta se dispone que, si concurre cierta circunstancia, se aumenta o disminuye una de dichas penas, y se guarda silencio respecto de otras, se entiende que éstas también deben aplicarse; pero las penas corporales no excederán de diez años.
