ARTICULO 182 . Providencias de juez colegiado . Los autos de sustanciación serán dictados por el magistrado ponente; los autos interlocutorios y las sentencias serán proferidos por la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y la Sala de Decisión Penal de los Tribunales. Las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría absoluta de votos. El magistrado disidente tiene la obligación de salvar su voto, dentro de los diez días siguientes a la firma, tanto respecto de la parte motiva como de la resolutiva de la providencia.
