Objeto. El presente Capítulo tiene por objeto determinar las categorías y las reglas con las cuales se clasificarán las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito y cooperativas multiactivas e integrales con sección de ahorro y crédito, para la aplicación de un marco regulatorio proporcional al tamaño y capacidad de gestión de las organizaciones y la complejidad de sus operaciones.
