Destinase la cantidad de dos millones de pesos ($2.000.000.00) como contribución y ayuda de la Nación a la reconstrucción y rehabilitación del Municipio de Yacopi, en el Departamento de Cundinamarca. Esta cantidad será entregada a la Corporación Autónoma de Yacopi para que la invierta en las obras correspondientes.
