°. Expedición especial de facturas. Cuando la factura constituya factura cambiaria de compraventa, se entenderá cumplida la exigencia prevista en el inciso primero del artículo 617 del Estatuto Tributario con la entrega de la copia al comprador. Igualmente se considerará cumplido tal requisito cuando se trate de sistemas especiales de impresión en papel químico y por computador, tales como el "sobreflex", que impiden la entrega del original al comprador o usuario del servicio.
