El acto administrativo que niegue una personería jurídica expresará el término que deberá transcurrir entre su ejecutoria y la fecha en que podrá presentarse una nueva solicitud, el cual no podrá ser inferior a un año. Dicho plazo se fijará en función de las deficiencias observadas por el ICFES.
