Modifícase en el Área Administrativa la función señalada en el numeral 3 del artículo 44 del Decreto número 1649 de 2014, la cual quedará así: “3. Elaborar, en coordinación con el Área Financiera, el Plan de Adquisiciones y sus modificaciones, de acuerdo con la programación que realicen las áreas y efectuar el seguimiento a su ejecución”.
