ARTICULO 8o . Las actuaciones administrativas se adelantarán por funcionarios competentes. En esta etapa podrán obrar los citados funcionarios conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 34 del Código Contencioso Administrativo. A las actuaciones de la Superintendencia no podrán oponer la reserva bancaria, tributaria ni judicial; sin embargo, los documentos que se obtengan seguirán amparados por la reserva que la ley establezca respecto de ellos.
